  28. This small package contains an update to the (still) current  ToolManager
  29. 2.1 release. Changes since the last release:

  31.     toolmanager.library  V3.1 - Added support for ScreenNotify
  32.     screennotify.library V1.0 - Notify on screen close/private/public
  33.     WBStart-Handler      V1.4 - Fixed path problems
  34.     toolmanager.doc           - Missing AutoDocs for toolmanager.library

  36. ToolManager  now  supports  ScreenNotify,  a  library  which  sends   out
  37. notifications when a public screen is opened or closed. This  means  that
  38. it is now possible to open docks automatically on a public  screen  after
  39. it has been opened. The docks  will  be  closed  automatically  when  the
  40. screen is closed. Now you can change the screen mode  of  your  Workbench
  41. without manually closing all your ToolManager docks!

  43. The automatic open/close feature only works if  you  specify  the  public
  44. screen name for a dock object. It won't work for dock  objects  with  the
  45. "FrontMost" flag set or for docks which should open on the default public
  46. screen. You must also set the "Activated" flag for the dock object.

  48. Every time a public screen is  opened  ToolManager  will  scan  all  dock
  49. objects and open all docks which have the same public screen name as  the
  50. newly opened screen. When a public screen is  closed  ToolManager  closes
  51. all open docks on this screen and marks them. If  the  public  screen  is
  52. opened again ToolManager will reopen all marked docks.
